Rally Torque is introducing a limited number of rally ‘taster days’ this year for would-be professional rally drivers to get behind the wheel and see if they can ‘cut it’.
The experience is based on driving three championship-winning rally cars as well as receiving tuition and being driven by some of Britain’s leading rally stars.

Formula One racing’s governing body, the FIA, has confirmed the timetable for the 2008 FORMULA 1TM SingTel Singapore Grand Prix. The inaugural Singapore event, which will be first ever Grand Prix to be held at night, will take place on Sunday, September 28.
The race will start under the floodlights at 2000 hours local time. The qualifying sessions on Saturday and the second Friday practice session will also run after sunset.

A new British-built sportscar, which combines a stylish, ultra-lightweight two-seater body with exceptional chassis dynamics and awesome performance is unveiled at the 2008 Autosport International Show at the NEC in Birmingham. MM Industries, which now owns the former Strathcarron sportscar business, is presenting its production Avocet two-seater during the show’s two trade days, prior to a public launch later in the year.

KTM Powersports AG has confirmed that its stunning new X-Bow sportscar will be exhibited at the Autosport International Racing Car Show starting on 10 January.
The lightweight, high-performance X-Bow marks motorcycle manufacturer KTM’s groundbreaking move into the four-wheeled market, and will be presented to UK driving enthusiasts for the first time finished in the new optional ‘Gleaming White’ bodywork.
